Set Owner for Non-User Created Appointments

We fixed an issue where appointments created by non-Bullhorn users through the Bullhorn Email/Calendar integration were added with a blank owner, preventing them from appearing in the Planner until an owner was manually assigned. Now, if a non-Bullhorn user creates an appointment that includes a Bullhorn user as an attendee, that user is automatically set as the appointment owner in the Planner.
